Get in touch with your bank. Sometimes the bank details need to be updated such as address or card expiration date. However if everything is updated, get in touch with your bank.
As well, to pay for the unsettled balance of the previous months and unblock your Premium account, please contact directly our finance team at invoice@homify.com
