The cancellation of the homify Membership should be requested and confirmed via telephone at least three months in advance before the end of the contract. In case no cancellation is requested with at least three months prior to the respective end of the contractual term, the Premium Membership will be automatically renewed.
Requesting the Membership Cancellation
To proceed, please call the number below corresponding to the language of your preference to confirm the cancellation.
In case there is no available agent and it's close to the deadline date, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request your cancellation. However, please keep in mind that the cancellation will be effective, once the final confirmation phone call is completed.
Cancellation Terms & Conditions
As well, keep in mind that your Premium Membership is an ABO contract, this means you will still have to pay the whole amount agreed upon at the time of the subscription until the contract ends. On the last day of your contact, your cancellation will take effect and your homify profile will return to basic/free status. You will no longer be charged after this date.
